The collaboration between these two artist continues, these 6 images are being projected while Carl Brown plays his latest music, as he supports China Crisis on the 40th Anniversary UK Tour. Previously Carl also composed the evocotive soundscape which accompanied Rosalind's The Night painter exhibition 2021 ​

 

This collection paintings on paper, were the initial works developed on location in Nr Salema . Weeks of daily walks to the beach experimenting with salt water and gouache  developed this grainy textural quality. The essense of which encapsulates the space light and forces of nature which the sea beholds, the salt stains echoing the traces of its power it on the wet sands as it drains away.
